an ryt200 Yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainer, general group fitness instructor, and holistic nutritionist/health coach residing in southern maine.
i have always been passionate about movement in all forms. over the years i have gravitated toward more subtle, less punishing movement practices which led me to Yoga based fusion-fitness in 2013.
in early 2019 i began designing my own movement modalities as i found that i wanted to integrate my years of learning into my own formats that felt more true to my nature and joyful movement.
i completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Muse School of Yoga (and Bridge Studio at Art of Awareness) in the summer of 2020. this training was highly focused on Yoga's roots, trauma informed practices, and inclusion.
i am a fervent believer in yoga, movement and "wellness" practices being available to all bodies and all backgrounds* and hope to create an environment that is body positive, welcoming, rewarding, and accessible for everyone!
