start your saturday morning with a refreshing, all-levels yoga class designed to stretch, strengthen, and reset your body and mind. Whether you've been practicing for years or are just starting, this class offers movement variations to meet you where you are, leaving you feeling energized and ready to embrace a weekend full of performances!
we'll focus on breathwork, gentle movements, and mindful stretching to release tension, build both mental and physical flexibility and resilience, and create a calm sense of balance.
