imagine transformation: mind, and body, while you flow
this is a music driven fusion class, performed barefoot* with a yoga mat, that combines cardio dance, strength, dynamic stretching (i.e., yoga postures) and breathwork!
rhythm f.i.t. uses body-weight and balance to ensure functional and safe movement that encourages longevity and stamina both in the class and in participants' everyday lives!
this class will work the entire body while also helping to keep the muscles limber via the dynamic stretching.
*sneakers are absolutely welcome based on comfort
low impact interval training/high impact interval training
liit/hiit will take participants through a series of timed intervals starting with low impact, moving towards high impact, and then going back down, with static stretching during the rest intervals.
always music driven, this class will work the entire body while also protecting the muscles from overwork via the stretch/rest intervals.
performed with a yoga mat and barefoot or with sneakers.
