i will use your movement goals (or any other health goals) and how you’d like movement to make you feel; my aim is to find sustainable ways to keep you moving that align with those goals!
while i may incorporate some traditional exercises, i'll tailor them into personalized flows or formats that feel less like "doing X number of reps" and more like adding joy to your routine!
it’s all about what motivates you!
i understand that not all movement will feel joyful or effortless—like when I do my physical therapy exercises, they may not be fun, but they do make me feel better; however, I want the majority of your movement to feel like a treat, not a chore.
this doesn’t mean we won’t work hard together, but we’ll have fun while doing it—promise!
